RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges.
**Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.

**Should any order need to be re-sent having failed to be delivered to the intended recipient through no fault of our own then we reserve the right to charge different rates.
Flat rate shipping is only applicable for initial dispatch of each order nationwide (USA).
Furthermore, should a refund be requested once goods have been returned to us having failed delivery through no fault of our own, the full delivery charges will be deducted according to the current official USPS rates and not the flat rate fee.
