• We charge a flat rate delivery cost and ship to addresses nationwide (USA) and to Canada with orders being delivered within few business working days.
• **For shipping costs to the Rest of The World ( international) please contact us for a quote. Delivery times will vary & the shipping costs is at customer’s charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges.
• **Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.
• **Any delays are not within our control and we cannot accept any liability for this.
• **Should any order need to be re-sent having failed to be delivered to the intended recipient through no fault of our own then we reserve the right to charge different rates.
• Flat rate shipping is only applicable for initial dispatch of each order nationwide (USA).
